• Title insurance premium estimates are based on NJ Department of Banking & Insurance (DOBI) and NY Department of Financial Services (DFS) filed rate schedules but do not include endorsement charges, search fees, or other transaction-specific costs
• Realty Transfer Fee calculations use the NJ graduated fee schedule and are estimates only; actual fees depend on specific property and transaction details
• Mortgage payment and amortization calculations use standard formulas and do not account for PMI, HOA fees, escrow adjustments, or other lender-specific charges
• All calculations are processed locally in your browser; no financial data is transmitted to our servers
