Title Examiner

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing title searches, preparing title commitments, and working closely with attorneys, lenders, and our settlement team to ensure  smooth closings.

Job Description – Title Examiner
 
Review and examine title searches
Order additional searches, if needed
Prepare title commitment and package (Closing Service Letter/Affidavit of Title/Notice of Settlement)
Submit title commitment package to attorney/lender/settlement team
Endorsements
Survey Readings
Monitor emails and reply to title inquiries
Upload documents received via email into Title Desktop
Upload important emails and file information into notes in Title Desktop
Review and comment on sale documents
Work with settlement team to clear title for closing
Answer phones, if needed
