NJ Title Insurance Rates

NJ Purchase Rates

Per $1,000 of policy liability (MOL schedule)

Over $2,000,000$2.00 / $1,000
Simultaneous issue (owner's + lender's in same transaction): $25 flat fee plus differential, if any. Minimum premium: $200.

NJ refinance rates are lower than purchase rates because the risk profile is different on an existing mortgage.
